Business Development

Business Development involves developing the customer's sales and/or commercial presence through intensive prospecting.

After a briefing meeting to present the company and its challenges, the mission consists of making appointments with pre-identified prospects. Two options are proposed: either the appointment is made for a sales manager of the customer, or NeoRetailing includes this appointment in its mission and takes care of the meeting and the presentation of the customer's activities.

The ultimate aim is to develop the customer's commercial presence. NeoRetaling can even go as far as signing a contract, on a pre-defined basis and in liaison with the sales department.

This type of mission can involve both hunting and “breeding”, i.e. the development of existing customers. For a customer who prefers hunting, Neoretailing has the advantage of a rich, up-to-date database, which multiplies the chances of success in making appointments. In the case of breeding, the client communicates the names and functions of customers, and particular care is taken to take into account the quality of existing relationships.

These missions concern all sectors and all sizes of B2B companies.

Neoretailing is currently carrying out assignments in the Service Station sector in France. The aim is to initiate business for a company present in other European countries, and which has identified France as a very important market.
